Adjustable Air Amplifiers : anodized aluminum or stainless steel for high temperature or food applications. The customer can set the gap and lock it in place using a lock ring.
Fixed Air Amplifiers : zinc die cast Standard Air Amplfiers from Nex Flow™ are solid and perform as well or better than patented designs when used in similar applications. The gap can be adjusted by adding shims, five sizes are available.

The X-Steam™ Air Bladeair knife is normally the best choice due to very low noise levels and it uses less air than a standard air bladeair knife at the same pressure. However the standard unit is lower in cost and has a slightly higher force at the same pressure. Either version may be mounted end to end for longer lengths of continuous flow.
The new X-stream™ Curved Air Bladeair knife is easy to mount and maintain and reduces both compressed air consumption and noise levels. It’s curved design produces an expanding, powerful blast of air in a fan shape to blow off wide areas and can minimize air use using longer air knives.
